So the 602hp/502 is not enough for ya? Step up to the ultimate pump gas man eatin’, asphalt chewin’ engine from the pros at NAUTICAR. The 534 will make your car ROCK! Each engine is professionally hand assembled in our custom engine shop. Fully blueprinted, internally balanced, hand-ported Dart Pro-1 heads, and dyno tested to insure reliability and tire smoking torque, are just a few of the reasons more customers choose the NAUTICAR 534. The Pump Gas 534 is complete from carburetor to oil pan. You will need to supply your own MSD ignition box, water pump, fuel pump, starter, air cleaner, fuel lines, and exhaust system. We recommend a minimum of a 2-1/8” header with a 3-1/2” collector. Just add gas and a helmet!

· GEN VI 502 4-bolt Main Siamese Bore Block. Each block is BHJ squared and the deck set to “zero”. We torque-plate hone the bores to the final size of 4.470”. NOTE – we do not bore the blocks to 4.500” because the maximum recommended bore size for this block is 4.560”. By honing the bore to 4.470” (stock 502 bore is 4.468”) we have left three overbore sizes (4.500”, 4.530”, 4.560”) and plenty of cylinder wall thickness for excellent ring sealing. We re-drill the front timing cover bolt pattern to accommodate the GEN V steel cover to allow the use of a heavy-duty true-roller timing set. We install a Moroso oil screen kit, high performance cam bearings, and up-grade the oil system with a high-pressure by-pass valve to insure proper oiling for 700-plus horsepower.

· 4340 Forged Callies Crankshaft, 4.250” Stroke. No imports here! American made forgings and machined in the good ol’ USA. Internally balanced!
· 4340 Lunati Pro-Mod Rods, 6.385” Length.
· SRP/JE Forged Pistons with File-fit Rings. 10cc dome makes a compression ratio of 10.2 to 1.

· Special Grind, Crane Hydraulic Roller Camshaft. Duration @ 0.050” is 256°/264°, lift is 0.632”/0.632”, and 114° lobe separation. Special Crane hydraulic roller lifters for GEN VI blocks are used to maintain proper oiling for the valve train.
· Billet Timing Set with a Torrington Thrust Bearing and a World Class True-Roller Timing Chain. Billet crank gear has 9-keyed positions for changing cam timing with ease. Simply the best!
· Manley One-Piece 4130 Chrome Moly Pushrods
· Crane “Gold” Aluminum Roller Rockers.
· Chrome Bowtie Tall Valve Covers.
· Dart Pro-1 325cc Aluminum Heads. We hand massage the intake short turns and re-work the exhaust ports for increased power output. One-piece stainless 2.250” and 1.880” valves. Heads will flow approximately 360cfm on the intake and 285cfm on the exhaust.
· ARP 12-Point Head Stud Kit and Fel-Pro Gaskets
· ATI Harmonic Balancer and Flexplate, both are SFI Approved.
· Milodon 7-Quart Oil Pan. Low profile pan fits Chevelle’s and most Chevy chassis.
· Edelbrock Super Victor Intake with a Holley 1050cfm Dominator.
· MSD Pro-Billet Electronic Distributor. Must use an MSD ignition box with this distributor (not included).
· 710hp @ 5900rpm and 675ft-lbs @ 4900rpm. This engine has over 525ft-lbs at 3500rpm and over 600ft-lbs from 4100 to 6000rpm’s.
